National Center for Construction Education & Research
NCCER now offers two Remote Proctoring options: Basic Remote Proctoring and Automated Remote Proctoring.
NEW — The simplest solution to your Remote Proctoring needs. Automated Remote Proctoring allows students to complete NCCER module testing anywhere and at any time without the need of a physical proctor.
NCCER provides a basic remote proctoring option for craft module tests (knowledge only) through our online testing system. It is available to all NCCER accredited organizations and sponsored organizations. Basic Remote Proctoring requires a physical proctor, a recording of the testing session and a video submission of the testing session to NCCER.
Please note that due to PHMSA regulations, Remote Proctoring is NOT permitted to be used for pipeline testing.
